Recruitment Methods

Traditional Recruitment

  • Agreement is to be signed by both parties.
  • Submit your vacancies by filling out the Staff Requisition.
  • BSO is to conduct the search and go through pre-screening process to meet with candidates and select the qualified ones.
  • BSO is to provide the employer the top candidates shortlisted for you to select from.
  • BSO is to arrange interview times between Employer and Candidate.
  • Appoint the most suitable candidate and make an offer.
  • BSO will collect the recruitment fees from the employer only.
  • We follow-up with you after the placement to ensure satisfaction.

Prepaid Recruitment

  • Will give our Employer a break of having them pay our recruitment fees.
  • Agreement is to be signed by both parties.
  • Submit your vacancies by filling out the Staff Requisition.
  • BSO is to conduct the search and go through pre-screening process to meet with candidates and select the qualified ones.
  • BSO's responsibility to notify and state the Pre-paid condition for the job seekers and have them sign a Pre-paid form in agreement to this recruitment method.
  • BSO is to provide the employer the top candidates shortlisted for you to select from.
  • BSO is to arrange interview times between Employer and Candidate.
  • Appoint the most suitable candidate and make an offer.
  • BSO will collect the recruitment fees from the employer.
  • Employer will deduct from the candidate’s salary the recruitment fees split into several installments.

Temporary Staffing

  • If for any reason one of your existing staff had to leave work immediately due to an emergency or any other relevant reason, BSO will assess and determine the need to provide you with qualified and well trained staff to fill in the gap you encounter whether it is a one-day need, two days, a week, or a month need or more - we will be there for you to ensure your work is not interrupted and to keep the flow of your work run smoothly.
